"Customer Service was the best. We were stranded with vehicle issues and Rick (owner) drove out to pick us up, which included two dogs! Couldn't have been more accommodating. Rates were very good, room was very nice, and the continental breakfast and food set up was one of the nicest. Even got a ride to the repair shop. I offered money for this service, however, Rick refused. Highly recommend the Broken Spur Motel for a whole variety of reasons."

"I left the Interstate because of icy roads with dusk nearing. My room was spotless, heat was easy to regulate, towels were especially fluffy, breakfast was a total convenience, and owners were present and congenial. My one concern is a notice needed posting at the door handle. I had pushed in the "lock button" as I would at home...which locked me out and made my key inoperative. "
